A high speed internet connection for the best performance. Most
DSL or cable services will work great.
Is the connection secure?
- Yes. For added security you may establish a Virtual Private
Network (VPN) tunnel.
How long does it take to implement Cortex Live?

Upon signup and processing; you can go live within a week
Do we have to deal with banner ads?
How often are backups performed?

Every four hours from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. (PST)
Where is the backup data stored?
- Backups are stored on site and off site in a remote facility
five miles away
How quickly can our data be restored?

Depends on the nature of failure; restores from on site backup
take less than one hour; those from off site backup take less
than four hours.
How dependable is the hosting center?

The hosting center has redundant power supplies, battery and
diesel generation backup

The hosting center has multiple providers for the internet
backbone service
